Terms and Conditions
1. All prices exclude normal postage unless stated otherwise.
- Additional SGD $2 postage fee for Bank transfers unless order amounts to SGD $20 or more.
- Additional SGD $5 handling fee for Cash payment (i.e. door-to-door delivery). If order amounts to SGD $20 or more, SGD $2 is waived from the handling fee (i.e. you only pay SGD $3)
2. Each transaction is considered individual and cannot be combined with previous transactions.
3. I will not be responsibile if mail get lost through normal postage.
4. Transaction is considered completed once I posted the items.
5. Payment to be made within 3 days of confirmation.
6. There will be no reservation of items. We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis.
7. Good sold are non refundable or exchangeable.

2. Cash payment (Only valid for door-to-door delivery within Singapore)

Step 1 - Email us at littlebrowncloset@gmail.com with the following information:
1) Item Name
2) Size (For Clothes only)
3) Quantity
4) Preferred Bank to do funds transfer (POSB, UOB, OCBC)
5) Your bank account number
6) Contact number
7) Your name and address
Step 2 - Wait for our reply within 1 working day. You will receive our email confirmation with our bank account number. Please note that you will have to pay SGD $2 for postage fees within Singapore if your order amounts to less than SGD $20.
Step 3 - Transfer the order amount through Bank transfer. Email us the transaction reference number.
Step 4 - Wait for your items to arrive within 3 working days after payment.

6) Preferred date and time for delivery. Please note that the delivery date should be at least 2 days after the order date.
Step 2 - Wait for our reply. You will receive our confirmation within 1 working day. Please note that you will have to pay SGD $5 for door-to-door handling fee. For orders greater than SGD $20, SGD $2 will be waived from the handling fee.
Step 3 - Wait for your items to arrive within 3 working days from the date of order. Payment to be made upon receiving goods.

Q. How do I know which size suits me?
A. You can refer to our sizing guide at the side bar of our blog for the measurements. You can also measure one of your T-shirts and choose the size that most suits you.
Q. Is exchange of products allowed?
A. T-shirt: Exchange will only be entertained 3 days after the date of purchase. Exchanged products should be in their original packaging. Exchange of products also depends on the availability of sizes. Exchange is not allowed for a different design.
Bags and Pouches: Exchange is not allowed. We will assure that all products are in good condition before sending them out.
Q. Can I ask for discount if I order in bulk?
A. We will waive off the postage fee for orders amounting to SGD $20 or more.
